Hi Josie, some Europe recommendations: France: Definitely Côte d’azur and I would recommend using Nice as your ‘home basis’ Spain: Barcelona and Valencia for sure. Mallorca is great aswell. Italy: Amalfi coast or Bari and the cities surrounding Bari. Croatia: Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Hvar, Korcula and Plitvice. Greece: Milos is a beautiful island, Athens, Zakynthos If u want more specifics you can always ask me! <3

You should definitely include Portugal in your plans, it has incredible sites and it's a cheap country. I recommend Lisbon (Sintra, Cascais and Arrabida are also very nice and close to Lisbon) and the Algarve or the Costa Vicentina 😊

So excited for travel content ur travel vlogs are so nostalgic. For France anywhere on the Côte d’Azur is beautiful in the Summer (Menton, Nice, Antibes, Villefranche sur mer) but look in the region of Brittany- it’s in the upper west coast of france and there are very cape codish resort towns there that are beautiful! For Croatia Dubrovnik, Split and the island of Hvar are must dos as well as Plitvice National Park. Also if you’re in Croatia do a day trip up to Slovenia to Lake Bled- one of my favorite places I’ve ever been! Also this vlog was stellar Jos very good vibes love u to death

Seems like you were dealing high cortisol caused by chronic stress. It causes weight gain, puffy (moon) face, and bloating... im 33 and im dealing with this now. I keep comparing my body to how it was when i was in my 20s. I used to have a six pack and i would workout out 3 hours a day. But i put so much pressure on myself i ended up gaining 20lbs just from stress alone. Im trying to lose the weight but it seems impossible now. I need to do what you did and stop obsessing over my body cuz it doesnt help my stress.

I had that rash issue too! Try using Manuka Honey cream to help it heal and then deodorant with no aluminum, alcohol and scent or light scent!

try switching your loofah for the rash! i've had that and got prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream to clear it up which worked! i
